\n\nROSEDALE-Gary Dean Harrison, 74, of Rosedale, Indiana passed away Monday, July 31, 2023, in his residence with his children by his side. He was retired from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology as a locksmith. He was also employed by J.I. Case and the Newport Army Ammunition Plant and was the owner of Harrison’s Tavern in Rosedale from 1981-2001. He was born March 22, 1949, in Terre Haute, Indiana to the late Ralph Donald Harrison and Lois Lucille Frantz Harrison.\n\nSurvivors include a son, T.J. Harrison of Rosedale; two daughters, Amanda (Scott) Feuquay of Rosedale and Heather McCullough of Rosedale; a brother, Dick (Janie) Harrison of Rosedale; two sisters, Betty Paddock of Carmel and Donna Harrison of Terre Haute; five grandchildren, Blake, Lane, Jaxton, Luci and Ellie; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Harry Harrison, and Tom D. Harrison.\n\nHe was a 1967 graduate of Rosedale High School. He was a member of the former Rosedale Masonic lodge #259 now Terre Haute Social lodge #86. He enjoyed spending time with his family and working on his farm.
