Pamela J. Pierce, 75, of Brazil, Indiana, passed away at Cloverleaf Health Care, on April 8, 2025.
Pam was born on July 13, 1949, in Terre Haute, Indiana the daughter of Lester and Maxine (Dozier) Lumsdon. She graduated from Wiley High School with the class of 1967. Following high school she worked for Columbia Records, Mane Attraction and Columbia House. When she wasn’t working she enjoyed watching old Western movies and TV shows, going on cruises, and keeping up on Facebook.
She was preceded in death by her parents Lester and Maxine Lumsdon; husband Arley Pierce; siblings: Rick Lumsdon and Jill Dixon; and a nephew Rick Shaw.
Survivors include her daughter Shawnia Mershon (Stephen); grandchildren: Blake Mershon (Lauren) and Maggie Mershon (Bradley Guerretaz); sister: Mary “Meg” Romanyk; and brother-in-law Mike Dixon as well as several nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
At Pam’s request, cremation services have been entrusted to French Funeral Home.
A private Celebration of Life will be held by the immediate family at a later date.
