\n\nBloomingdale-Rose Elaine Stumpf, 75, of Bloomingdale, Indiana passed away Sunday, March 5, 2023, at home surrounded by her loving family. She worked many years at Child Adult Rescource Services in Rockville. She was born January 24, 1948, in Crawfordsville, Indiana to the late Dwight Ray and Della Redenbaugh Ray.\n\nShe is survived by her husband of 54 years, Kenneth David Stumpf of Bloomingdale; two sons, Elmer Morman of Bloomingdale, and David E. (Melissa) Stumpf of Marshall; two daughters, Kimberly Ann Brown of Bloomingdale, and Lorie Ellen Davis of Clinton; one sister, Becky Stevenson of Marshall; 16 grandchildren, 36 great- grandchildren, and 1 great- great- grandchild, all of whom she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Carrie Sue Spell; one brother, Theodore Ray; three sisters, Judy McKee, Donna Lynette, and Shirley Massey.\n\nRose was very funny and always full of laughter. She enjoyed reading, painting, and cooking. She was also quite the interior decorator, and known for her ability to enhance the lives of those she encountered.\n\nServices will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 10, at Gooch Funeral Home,112 W. Howard Street, Rockville with Pastor Brian Holt officiating. Burial will follow in Bloomingdale Friends Cemetery.
