\n\nKINGMAN – Sally Joyce Waggoner, 71, of Kingman, Indiana passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2023. She worked in factories. She was born February 1, 1952 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Donald Haskett and Martha Jane Smith.\n\nShe is survived by two brothers, Ed Haskett of New Castle, Indiana, and Mike Haskett of Carmel, Indiana; three sisters, Cheryl Loring of Sheridan, Indiana, Susan Wright of Linton, Indiana and Cathy Moore of Jackson, Kentucky; five grandchildren and four great grand- children.\n\nShe was preceded in death by her husband Gary Waggoner; her daughter, Bonnie Jean Coss and her beloved cat, Monkey.
