Timothy S. Melloh, 67, of Rockville, Indiana, passed away Monday, March 4, 2024, at Union Hospital Clinton.
He was a retired musician and entertainer for 45 years. He was also in customer service with US Airways for 23 years. He was also a chemical waste handler with Newport Chemical Depot and the Savannah River Project.
He was born October 3, 1956, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Harold “Shorty” Melloh and Lucille Maloney “Mickey” Melloh. His wife of 31 years, Pamela Jean Sparks Melloh whom he married September 14, 1985, preceded him in death December 19, 2016.\n\nSurvivors include two daughters, Katie (Brad) Allen of Marshall, and Allyson (Chris Crosello) Melloh-Crosello of Bloomingdale; two grandchildren, Everett Allen and Charlotte Allen; several brothers and sisters in law, nieces nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by a brother, Tony Melloh.
He was a graduate of Scecina Memorial High School where he participated in the marching band and performed at the Rose Bowl. He was an active member of the Rockville First Baptist Church where he was the Praise Band drummer, Sunday school teacher, deacon, drama team member and sang in the choir. He was a Golden Glove Boxer and member of the Fast Action Response Team with US Air.
Memorial services will be 4:00 p.m. Saturday, March 16, at Rockville First Baptist Church, 1250 S. US Highway 41, Rockville, with Pastor Robert Barger officiating. Visitation is from 2:00 pm-4:00 pm Saturday.
