\n\nCarbon-William Joseph Ramsey, 80, of Carbon, Indiana passed away Saturday March 4, 2023, at the HCA Raulerson Hospital in Okeechobee, Florida. He was an Operating Engineer for Local 841.\n\nHe was born December 31, 1942 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Ralph Emerson Ramsey and Margaret Jane Wright Ramsey.\n\nHe is survived by two sons, Todd Ramsey and Rick Ramsey; one daughter, Dana Denise; one brother, Ralph Ramsey Jr.; and one sister, Lois Jean Ramsey Weber. He was preceded in death by one brother, Ronald Ramsey.\n\nHe was Special Forces in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
