\n\nROCKVILLE-William L. “Bill” Smiley, 57, of Rockville, Indiana passed away Thursday, July 27, 2023. He retired from Futurex Industries. He was born July 13, 1966, in Clinton, Indiana to the late Ronald B. Smiley and Betty Tarter Smiley Miller.\n\nSurvivors include his brother, Rodney (Peggy) Smiley of Jacksonville, Arkansas; niece, Patty Hibbs; nephews, Marty McClain and Bruce Smiley; several great and great-great nieces, nephews and many cousins.\n\nHe was a 1984 graduate of Rockville High School.
