INDOT project to close North Michigan Road over I-74

Illinois Construction Company, a contractor for INDOT, will be doing a bridge deck overlay job on North Michigan Road over I-74.

The project will require the bridge be closed to traffic in both directions for about 30 days.

Work on the shoulders of I-74 in both directions under the bridge will start on Tuesday.

The bridge closure will May 28, and last for 30 days.
