Shelbyville parks department receives MIBOR grant

The Shelbyville Parks and Recreation Department has been awarded a grant through the MIBOR Community Impact Initiative.

The investment will support the “Music in the Park 2025” project, aimed at enhancing cultural and recreational activities in the community.

The MIBOR Community Impact Initiative focuses on job attraction, workforce development, placemaking, quality of life, affordable housing, tourism, and regional collaboration.
