Rylie Stephens had double-doubles in a pair of West Florida wins.
On Thursday, Stephens, a Triton Central graduate, scored a game-high 18 points and had 10 rebounds to lead West Florida to a come-from-behind win over No. 23 ranked Lee, 71-57.
The Argos trailed by 10 points at halftime.
Stephens finished with 16 points, 17 rebounds, three assists and three steals Saturday in West Florida’s 94-55 win over Trevecca Nazarene.
The win improved West Florida to 8-3 this season and 4-1 against Gulf South Conference opponents.
The Argos have won three straight and four of their last five.
Stephens leads the team in scoring (16.8 ppg) and rebounding (8.7 rpg).

Bella Larrison
The Waldron graduate scored six points and collected four rebounds in 22 minutes Thursday in Anderson University’s 112-35 exhibition game loss at Ball State.
Tenleigh Phelps
The Triton Central graduate had 22 points, three rebounds, two assists and one steal Saturday in Indiana University South Bend’s 82-66 loss to Governors State University.
The Titans dropped to 10-2 (4-2 Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference) this season.
Kyle Crim
The Morristown graduate finished with three points and three rebounds Wednesday in Hanover’s 77-71 loss at Anderson.
The Panthers dropped to 6-3 (2-2 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference).
Brooklyn Bailey
The Triton Central graduate had eight points, seven rebounds, one assist and one steal on Dec. 16 in Kaskaskia College’s 90-68 loss to Lincoln Trail College.
Kaskaskia is 0-12 this season.
