With wins Friday at Hauser and Saturday at home over Rising Sun, Waldron has put together a three-game win streak to even its record this season at 3-3.
On Friday in Hope, Kiley Best scored a game-high 16 points and Emerson Lindsey had 12 to lead the visiting Mohawks to a 40-37 victory.
Lindsey sank a half-court three-pointer to end the first quarter and give Waldron a 12-6 lead it never surrendered. The Mohawks led at halftime, 26-20, and after three quarters, 33-31.
All of Waldron’s fourth-quarter points came from the free-throw line (7 of 11).
Lindsey also had eight rebounds and two steals. Alivia Fischer finished with four points, five rebounds and two blocks.
Norah Berkenstock led Hauser (3-2) with 11 points.
With the win, the Mohawks improved to 2-3 overall and 2-0 against Mid-Hoosier Conference foes.
On Saturday, Best topped the Mohawks with 11 points while Alivia Fischer, Jackie Corlett and Kacey Barker each scored nine to secure a 54-45 victory.
Waldron led Rising Sun (0-5) at halftime, 27-21, then outscored the Shiners, 16-9, in the third quarter to take a 43-30 lead.
Brooklyn Milbourn led Waldron with eight rebounds. Emerson Lindsey collected seven assists.
Jaylen Peelman led Rising Sun with 15 points.
Waldron’s junior varsity also earned wins Friday and Saturday.
The Mohawks defeated Hauser Friday, 25-11. Milbourn led the way with nine points. Riley Thurston scored a game-high 16 points Saturday to carry Waldron (2-3) to a 42-19 victory.
Waldron will return to action after the Thanksgiving break with a game Saturday at Greenwood Christian (1-5).

Triton Central 74, Indianapolis Lutheran 17
At Lutheran Saturday, Triton Central sank four 3s in the second quarter and Maryrose Felling scored 14 of her game-high 22 points in the third quarter to propel the Tigers to their first win of the season.
Three days after having its 42-game Indiana Crossroads Conference win streak snapped with an overtime loss at Monrovia, Triton Central scored 47 points in the middle two quarters to rout the Saints (0-4, 0-3 ICC).
Felling hit six 3s in the win for Triton Central (1-4, 1-1 ICC). Layla Compton followed with 13 points while Quinn King and Kate Collier each had seven points.
Madison Rogers led Lutheran with six points.
Triton Central won the junior varsity game, 51-6. Peyton Fillippinie led the Tigers with 12 points. Pia Roemling finished with 10 points.
Triton Central hosts Morristown (2-5) Wednesday in a varsity-only contest at 6 p.m. The boys basketball programs at Morristown and Triton Central will follow in their season opener.
Morristown’s girls basketball program defeated Edinburgh Saturday, 57-21.
