Legislation would require the Department of Transportation to collect, analyze, compile and publish accurate, detailed data on disabled roadside vehicle accidents and develop a strategic plan to stop them.

Fulton County is to seek federal aid for Bridge No. 170, located on County Road 1000 West and carrying traffic over Mill Creek between county roads 550 South and 400 South.

Chief Menominee monument a reminder of Native Americans forced removal 186 years ago
It's been 186 years since the forced removal of Native Americans from Indiana, in what would later be dubbed the Trail of Death. The 17-foot tall granite statue of Chief Menominee in rural Marshall County was the first monument dedicated by the state of Indiana to Native Americans in 1909 and stands as a reminder of the Potawatomi presence the community once had.
